Chapter Convenes Successful Membership Meeting On Saturday, Dec. 5 the Los Angeles Chapter of the NVLA held a meeting at the LAX Hilton to discuss membership possibilities with representatives from California auto broker companies. Palmer Named Vice President of Sales for Network Network, a comprehensive vehicle management services company, recently announced the appointment of Toni Palmer to vice president, sales. Jeff Cook Elected as NVLA's Associate Director The National Vehicle Leasing Association has recently nominated and elected Jeff Cook as its new associate director. FTC Extends Red Flags Compliance Deadline to May 1, 2009 In an unexpected move, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced that it will delay its planned enforcement deadline of the Red Flags Rules to May 1, 2009.
